# Baby Legends

The **Baby Legends** addon adds baby forms of Legendary Pokemon to Cobblemon progression.

Instead of finding the final legendary right away, players first catch a smaller pre-evolution and then evolve it through biome, weather, friendship, level, item, or trade conditions.

This page is kept up to date for the current Baby Legends setup used in the modpack and focuses on the information players actually need: where to find each baby, how it evolves, and what kind of stat profile it has.

## Overworld Baby Legends

### Xerfawn

* **Spawn:** Floral biomes during the day
* **Extra note:** It can also appear in Aether floral environments
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Xerneas** with high friendship in Cherry Groves
* **Type:** Fairy
* **Ability:** Fairy Aura
* **Stat profile:** Specially oriented, with decent mixed bulk and low catch rate

### Creslume

* **Spawn:** Floral biomes
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Cresselia** with high friendship at night
* **Type:** Psychic
* **Ability:** Levitate
* **Stat profile:** Defensive and utility-focused, with low Speed and strong special bulk

* **Spawn:** Mountain biomes, especially during the day
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Rayquaza** by using a **Dragon Fang** at level `50`
* **Type:** Dragon / Flying
* **Ability:** Air Lock
* **Stat profile:** One of the strongest babies statistically, with high mixed offenses and good Speed

* **Female:** evolves into **Latias**
* **Male:** evolves into **Latios**

* **Stat profile:** Fast and balanced, with good all-around offensive pressure

* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Zekrom** at level `60` while it is thundering
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Reshiram** at level `60` during clear skies
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Kyurem** at level `70` after using an **Ice Stone**
* **Type:** Dragon
* **Ability:** Pressure
* **Stat profile:** Flexible mixed attacker, but less bulky than several other babies

### Saladune

* **Spawn:** Deserts during the day
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Groudon** by using a **Fire Stone** at level `60`
* **Type:** Ground
* **Ability:** Dry Skin
* **Stat profile:** Physically oriented, with strong Attack and Defense for an early-stage legendary line

* **Evolution:** Evolves with high friendship
* **Female:** evolves into **Zacian**

* **Abilities:** Justified, Hidden Ability `Guard Dog`
* **Stat profile:** Surprisingly strong special attacker with solid bulk

### Regiclay

* **Spawn:** Dripstone Caves
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Registeel** while holding a **Metal Coat** and being traded
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Regirock** while holding a **Smooth Rock** and being traded
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Regice** while holding a **Never-Melt Ice** and being traded
* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Regigigas** at level `100`

* **Spawn:** Rare in floral/Aether-style environments

* **Abilities:** Clear Body, Hidden Ability `Sturdy`
* **Stat profile:** Much bulkier than most babies and clearly designed as a rare premium form

* **Evolution:** Evolves into **Arceus** by using a **Nether Star** at level `80`
* **Type:** Normal
* **Ability:** Adaptability
* **Stat profile:** Perfectly even base stat spread, but still very hard to catch

## Gameplay Notes

* Friendship matters a lot across this addon.
* Weather-based evolutions are a major part of progression.
* Several babies use item interactions instead of normal leveling.
* Catch rates are often very low, so proper preparation helps a lot.

Baby Legends adds a much longer legendary progression path and rewards players who explore multiple biome types and dimensions.
